Venice Resort
The Bordin Galtarossa family was followed in the preparation of an industrial plan for the transformation of typical farmhouses near the Venice Airport into a 4-star hotel for businesspeople. The hotel, named Venice Resort, obtained financing from a primary credit institution for implementing the project.
Victoria Hotel
An industrial plan was prepared for the transformation of a residential structure in the center of Trieste into a 4-star literary hotel, the Victoria Hotel, for businesspeople and tourists. The hotel obtained financing for achieving the project and, currently, the hotel management is being followed for the implementation of a new business plan aimed at restructuring the bank debt.
